• Cancellation Policy Clause:

The client has the option to cancel his reservation, taking into account that the full amount of the reservation will be refunded, as long as Continental Parking is notified of his decision by e-mail to the address atencionalcliente@copark.com with the prior notice and conditions that are indicated below:

Partial refund of a reservation is not contemplated in any case. In the case of requesting a cancellation, you will receive a refund within the next few days on the same card used to make the payment, bearing in mind that this period may be extended during holiday periods.
