Great Parking, it fix a big vehicle like a Mercedes Van for 7 people.
Excellent parking that we chose because of its proximity to the hostel where we stayed next to Gran Vía street and Plaza Callao. Good location, the only thing you have to be careful about is because you enter Madrid Central because of the labels. The entrance is wide and has very good lighting, the plots are correct, the only thing you have to take into account is the height of the vehicle to access the second floor (I think you remember that the maximum height was 1.80) If you go with a reservation, the reader reads the registration and if it happens to you like me that I went ahead of the entry time, you have to get the ticket and go to the window. They give you a ticket that is needed to enter the parking lot through the pedestrian zone. And when you leave, the reader reads the license plate and opens automatically. In my case the price for two days was €55.74 which may seem expensive but we must remember that we are parking in the very center of Madrid. Recommended parking if you want to go to musicals, visit emblematic monuments and because of the location.
